Trip Incentive
The Trip Incentive is a separate promotional hotel-stay benefit described in Travorium Help. It is not the same thing as Travel Points, a Getaway, or a World Tour, and “complimentary” does not mean every part of the trip is free.
Request within 12 months
Current Help says the certificate invitation must be requested within 12 months of enrollment.
Activate within 7 days
After the invitation is requested, activation requires payment of applicable taxes and fees within 7 days.
Travel within 18 months
After activation, current Help gives 18 months to select travel dates from participating inventory.
What you still pay for
The hotel room-rate portion is the promotional part described by the current terms. The traveler remains responsible for activation taxes and fees and for other trip expenses that can include airfare, transfers, food and beverages, gratuities, resort fees, and personal expenses.
Availability
Participating hotels, room types and dates are subject to inventory. Major holidays and special events may be unavailable.
Advance booking
Current terms require at least 30 days' advance notice for reservations.
Group travel
Current Help restricts overlapping group use of the promotional incentive.
Distance rule
Current terms say the user must reside at least 100 miles / 160 km from the chosen destination resort, or select another offer.
After activation
Activation is described as final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
After dates are confirmed
Current terms say changes are not allowed; cancellation or no-show can forfeit fees paid.
