1. Agreement

By accessing or using YuriyTravelHub.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Independent Website

YuriyTravelHub is an independent informational and referral website operated by Yuriy Setko (Yuriy Travel Hub). Yuriy is a Travorium member and independent Partner. YuriyTravelHub is not Travorium's corporate website and does not speak for Travorium, Leisure Loyalty, travel suppliers, or booking providers unless expressly stated.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Informational Purpose

Site content is educational and general information. Travel prices, inventory, membership pricing, benefits, points, compensation plans, cancellation terms, and third-party policies can change.

Applicable official Travorium agreements, booking terms, and supplier terms govern your relationship with those parties.

4. No Guarantee of Savings

YuriyTravelHub does not guarantee that Travorium will always have the lowest price, that displayed prices will remain available, that two offers are perfectly identical, or that a specific amount will be saved.

Travel Checks and case studies reflect conditions when checked. Review the final room or category, occupancy, taxes, fees, cancellation terms, inclusions, and supplier conditions before purchasing.

5. Travel Check

Travel Check is an informational comparison service. Submission does not create a travel-agent, fiduciary, legal, or financial-advisory relationship.

Unless separately agreed in writing, YuriyTravelHub does not book travel for users, control third-party inventory, guarantee availability, or accept responsibility for third-party supplier performance. Users complete bookings through authorized platforms.

6. Membership and Points

Descriptions of Travorium membership, Travel Points, Loyalty Points, Getaways, World Tours, and related benefits are summaries. Current official program terms govern. Points are not represented as cash, deposits, securities, or investments.

7. Partner Opportunity

Yuriy may receive compensation when eligible customers or Partners enroll through his referral. No income is guaranteed.

Calculators, scenarios, and compensation explanations are educational illustrations. Actual compensation depends on current plan rules, qualification, volume, structure, retention, activity, and other conditions. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment, security, investment, guaranteed return, or guaranteed passive income.

8. Referral / Affiliate Disclosure

Some links may be referral or affiliate links. The operator may receive compensation if a visitor uses them, subject to the applicable third-party program.

9. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to third-party services. YuriyTravelHub does not control their content, availability, security, privacy practices, prices, or terms. Visitors use them under their own terms.

10. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, investment, financial, immigration, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.

11. User Submissions

Users must provide information they are authorized to share and must not submit unlawful, malicious, infringing, or misleading content. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, passport numbers, or unnecessary highly sensitive information.

12. Case Study Permission

Travel Check results will not intentionally identify a user without permission. If a user affirmatively opts into anonymized case-study use, the user grants Yuriy Setko (Yuriy Travel Hub) permission to use non-identifying trip facts and comparison results for educational and marketing content.

13. Intellectual Property

Original Site text, branding, layouts, graphics, and original case-study presentation are owned by or licensed to the operator unless stated otherwise. Third-party content remains subject to third-party rights.

14. Acceptable Use

No unauthorized access, security interference, malicious code, spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful use, or harvesting of personal information.

15. Changes and Availability

The operator may modify Site features and update these Terms. The current version and effective date will be posted here.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing excludes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, reliance on informational content, third-party services, changing travel inventory, or supplier actions. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer rights and conflict-of-law rules. This is a practical starting point for an Ontario-based independent website and is not a substitute for legal advice.
