1. Who we are

YuriyTravelHub.com is an educational travel hub operated by Yuriy Setko. The Site is not the official Travorium website.

Privacy requests: use the Contact page. Messages submitted there are delivered to the site operator.

2. Information we may collect

Information you provide. Depending on how you use the Site, you may give us your name; email; phone or WhatsApp number if you choose that reply method; destination and travel dates; number of travelers; hotel, resort, or room preferences; an offer URL and price you already found; cancellation or breakfast preferences; Contact messages.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, passport numbers, or other sensitive information we do not need.

Fit Assessment. The Fit Assessment may temporarily process travel frequency, budget, accommodation, and preference answers on your device to generate a result and, if you continue, to hand context to Travel Check. Raw budget amounts are not sent to advertising or analytics platforms.

Technical information. The Site may process ordinary technical data such as IP-derived network data, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, timestamps, security and application logs, and cookie or session data needed to run the Site.

3. Why we use information

A Travel Check or Contact request is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.

• Respond to Contact and Travel Check requests
• Perform the comparison or reply you asked for
• Communicate through the method you selected
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Site
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Travel Check

Travel Check data is used to evaluate and respond to the trip you submitted. We do not need payment-card, passport, or account-password information for this service.

5. Private Travel Check results

Travel Check submissions and the comparison results are handled as private correspondence. We do not publish member-only Travorium prices, World Tour prices, booking-engine results, or submitted Travel Check comparisons on this Site or in public social or messaging channels.

6. Analytics and cookies

The Site has an internal event layer used in the product code. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tag-manager provider is connected in production at the time this policy was last updated. That layer must not send raw budgets, trip dates, destination, hotel, name, email, phone, or other Travel Check details as analytics properties.

A signed session cookie is used only for the password-protected /admin CMS. Ordinary visitors are not given marketing or advertising cookies.

The Site may also use browser local storage for interactive tools, including Fit Assessment and educational calculators or simulators, so that inputs and scenarios can remain available on your device. Unless a feature explicitly says that information is being submitted, this browser-stored information remains on your device. Avoid entering sensitive personal information or unnecessary identifying information about other people into calculators or simulators.

If a third-party analytics or advertising tool is added later, this section will be updated and consent will be implemented where required.

7. WhatsApp and other processors

If you choose WhatsApp as a reply method, or join the public WhatsApp group, information you send through that service is also processed under WhatsApp / Meta’s terms and privacy practices.

Material processors used to run the Site today:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting (Amplify), database (DynamoDB), and transactional email (SES). Processing is typically in the United States (currently us-east-1).
• WhatsApp / Meta — only when you choose WhatsApp or use the group link.
• Travorium and travel suppliers — when you follow referral or booking links; their policies govern what they collect.

8. Referral links

Referral links may pass referral information to the destination service. When you follow a Join, enrollment, booking, or other Travorium link, you leave YuriyTravelHub and continue to a service operated by Travorium. 9. Sharing

YuriyTravelHub does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by the service providers needed to operate the Site and respond to requests, when you direct us to a channel such as WhatsApp, or where required or permitted by law. Infrastructure providers necessarily process data to deliver hosting, storage, and email.

10. International processing

The Site is operated in connection with Canada. Hosting, database, and email currently run on AWS in the United States. Information you submit may therefore be stored or processed outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

11. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, plus legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. There is currently no automatic deletion timer on stored records.

• Contact inquiries and Travel Checks: kept in DynamoDB and related email copies while needed to respond, follow up, and keep a record of the request.
• Fit Assessment answers and data saved by certain educational calculators or simulators: stored in your browser on that device (local storage), not as a server-side profile, unless a feature explicitly states that information is being submitted.
• Admin session cookies: last for the CMS session.
• Security and application logs: retained as long as needed to operate and secure the Site.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No Internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

13. Individual choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold, and you may withdraw consent for certain future uses, subject to legal exceptions. We do not promise deletion in every case, because legal, security, or technical limits may apply.

14. Marketing communications

The Site does not currently run promotional email, SMS, or WhatsApp campaigns. A Travel Check or Contact request is treated as a service request, not marketing consent. If promotional messages are introduced later, required consent will be collected separately and an unsubscribe or stop method will be provided.

15. Children

The Site is intended for adults evaluating or arranging travel or membership. We do not knowingly solicit children’s personal information through the Fit Assessment or Travel Check.

16. Changes

This policy may change as Site functionality or providers change. The Last updated date at the top will reflect the current version.
